Creatorly is an Instagram-first marketplace in India where brands fund sponsored content through campaigns or prize contests, and creators discover work, submit deliverables, and receive payouts through licensed payment partners.

Anyone 18 or older in India can sign up as a creator or brand. Creators need an Instagram account. Brands need to complete checkout through our payment partner to fund campaigns or contests. KYC is required for creator withdrawals.

Campaigns are direct hires: you set a fixed budget per creator, review applications, approve drafts and final posts, and pay after verification. Contests are open competitions with a shared prize pool — eligible creators enter, submit post URLs, and you declare winners who split the pool.

When you create a campaign or contest, you fund it upfront through Razorpay checkout (cards, UPI, netbanking). Platform fees, if any, are shown before payment. Funds are held until deliverables are approved or contest winners are declared.

After your submission is approved and verified, your earning appears in the app wallet. Complete KYC (PAN and bank/UPI details), then request a withdrawal. Payouts are processed through our payment partners. Timing depends on verification, any hold period, and partner SLAs.

No. Creatorly is a marketplace platform. We facilitate transactions between brands and creators using licensed payment partners. We do not hold prepaid balances outside of the escrow-like funding model for active campaigns and contests.

Creatorly verifies deliverables via Instagram post URLs tied to your linked account. Brands also review your public stats when you apply. OAuth connection is secure — we store tokens encrypted and only use data needed for campaigns and verification.

When running a campaign or contest, brands can upload logos, briefs, product shots, and guidelines. Approved creators access these in-app — view images, copy links, or save files — so everyone works from the same materials.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required before creators can withdraw earnings. You'll submit PAN and payout details. This is mandated by payment partners and Indian regulations for disbursing funds.
