Data deletion instructions

Last updated: August 12, 2026

You can request deletion of your Creatorly account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, in one step, without contacting us. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you would rather we did it for you, email support@getcreatorly.com from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request". This is an alternative, not a requirement — the in-app and web options above complete the deletion on their own.

Deletion is blocked only while money is genuinely in motion: a creator balance you have not yet withdrawn, a payout on its way to you, or a live campaign creators are still working on. The app tells you which one applies and what to do first.

What we delete

The moment you confirm, we delete or anonymize:

What we may retain

We may retain certain records as required by law, payment partner rules, or legitimate business needs, including:

Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

Deleting from the app or the web is immediate. Your account stops working the moment you confirm, your sign-in details are destroyed, and you are signed out of every device. There is nothing to wait for and no confirmation to chase.

Requests sent to support instead are completed within 30 days. Backups roll off on their own schedule and are overwritten within 90 days.

Instagram and third parties

Deleting your Creatorly account removes our stored Instagram tokens and data. To revoke Creatorly's access to your Instagram account directly, visit your Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites and remove Creatorly.
