Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your Creatorly account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.
How to request deletion
Choose one of the following methods:
- In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete account (if available in your app version), and confirm the request.
- By email: Send a message to support@getcreatorly.com from the email address registered on your Creatorly account. Include the subject line "Data deletion request" and your account email or phone number.
What we delete
Upon verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, role)
- Connected social account tokens and cached profile data
- KYC documents where retention is not legally required
- Non-essential application and submission content linked to your account
What we may retain
We may retain certain records as required by law, payment partner rules, or legitimate business needs, including:
- Transaction, funding, and payout records for tax and audit purposes
- Dispute or fraud investigation records
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete. If you have active campaigns, contests, or pending payouts, deletion may be delayed until those obligations are resolved.
Instagram and third parties
Deleting your Creatorly account removes our stored Instagram tokens and data. To revoke Creatorly's access to your Instagram account directly, visit your Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites and remove Creatorly.
